Incentives for Companies
The Transition 5.0 Plan offers enhanced tax credits—up to 45%—based on the level of energy efficiency achieved and the amount invested (for projects up to €10 million):

• 35% (Class I): 5–10% energy reduction (process) or 3–6% (entire unit)
• 40% (Class II): 10–15% reduction (process) or 6–10% (unit)
• 45% (Class III): >15% reduction (process) or >10% (unit)

Credits decrease progressively for investments exceeding €10 million. Recovery is made in one installment at project completion (not over three years as in Transition 4.0).

ESCo Services
CRSL, certified as an Energy Service Company (ESCo), supports businesses in all stages of Transition 5.0 projects. To qualify, companies must present both pre- and post-investment technical certifications confirming energy savings and system interconnection.

For SMEs, technical certification costs up to €10,000 are fully recoverable via tax credit.
