The Ministerial Decree of 29 July 2019 of the MISE introduces the important novelty of an incentive for companies to hire an Innovation Manager to “support the processes of technological and digital transformation through the enabling technologies provided for in the 4.0 Business Plan”.
The Innovation Manager is therefore a figure capable of contributing to accelerating the innovation processes of a company and guiding its transformation, as well as increasing its competitiveness.
This means having great know-how in technical subjects, having an in-depth knowledge of the world of Research and possessing skills and vision in technology scouting, technology transfer and of course the exploitation of intellectual property generated by research and co-development activities involving Research and Business. In addition, a good dose of experience consolidated over years of activity, multidisciplinary and far-sighted future scenarios, as well as a particular insight into the information needed to have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various emerging technologies are essential.
CRSL, as a 4.0 Technology Transfer Centre, was able to nominate 10 experts as Innovation Managers, all confirmed by the General Management for business incentives and included in the list of qualified managers of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE).
